Welcome to Graz and to the 8th Central European Symposium on Pharmaceutical Technology. It is a great honor and an exciting challenge for the two Universities of Graz, the Karl-Franzens-University and the Graz University of Technology, as well as for the Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering GmbH to host an event that gathers together every two years the most distinguished scientists in the field of pharmaceutical technology and pharmaceutical engineering as well as young scholars presenting the results of their first research efforts.
